How does it work?


The ideanary is a project professing a commitment to openness. The keywords presented are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license. As such, the keywords can be legitimately used in the practice of describing and developing the collections of institutions in the GLAM sector (galleries, libraries, archives, and museums). The keywords can also be used for the purposes of education, research, and entertainment. The set of keywords was initially informed by ten objects from the collection of the Museum of Engineering and Technology (MIT) in Kraków. However, we plan to continue the project in cooperation with institutions housing thematically different collections.
